This is the 3rd time that I have ordered these soft chews from this specific vendor. Ya'all are not doing something right with your environment. When these soft chews are purchased at Petco, they are soft and chewy.......so soft that they can easily and effortlessly be cut, much like a banana can easily be cut using a butter knife. Your same exact soft chews are hard and dry. Extremely hard, and I have to use a serrated chopping knife to saw through them. I am able to use the same exact product ( but purchased from petco) as a pill pocket for my dog...that is how soft they are supposed to be; that a little pill can be slipped right into the soft center. Please look into what you all are doing incorrectly in your storage facility...because these are not soft chews that you provide and I seriously question the integrity of the ingredients.....if they are arriving to me as dried up little rocks. Probiotics are impacted by heat and temperature.... you should know this if you are selling them. What is your company doing wrong ?
