I was under the impression I was reading a religiously based book given the premise, and indeed it did have some wonderful principles taught and was engaging. However, I had to skip large chunks of it due to the explicit sex scenes. Such details were unnecessary to the story and made an otherwise edifying story inappropriate for anyone who is looking for clean romance.
