I was missing a couple of hardware pieces essential for putting together the last three shelves in the unit. I called the 1800 “help line” and was hung up on not before being urged to email the company for help in “24 hours”. THREE DAYS LATER I got a very short, rude, and extremely unprofessional email back basically stating they’ll ship my missing pieces out. I asked when, they said ‘three days or less’. Over A MONTH LATER I’m writing this review hoping for some type of resolution with no relief. Don’t waste your money.
