DO NOT BUY! They claim this is surgical steel, but it is definitely NOT!! This product caused me to have a huge allergic reaction and now I have a giant infection. My entire nose is swollen along with the whole right side of my throat (probably a lymph node reacting to the infection). I only kept the piercing in for two days. Yesterday my nose hurt but didn't think anything of it because I had changed my piercing and normally it gets a little red for a day or two. This morning when I woke up I had sharp pains where the piercing was, my nose was really swollen, and very hot. I immediately took it out and now I am trying to fight this wicked infection. Definitely DO NOT BUY if you have a medal sensitivity. DEFINITELY FALSE ADVERTISING!!!
