This is a piece of garbage. Don't waste your money.
This is a "mug lukewarmer", NOT a mug warmer. I would return it, but, unfortunately I tossed the packaging materials. I trusted the (fake) reviews on it. Glad I only ordered one, to check it out, instead of the three I needed. Don't waste your money, or at least save the packaging material so you can return it after you see for yourself how crappy it is.
