Many of the reviews complained about formatting problems with the sd card. It would not accept the sd card that came with it, kept saying it needed formatting. Tried formatting it to Fat32, Exfat and NTFS. None of the format worked. Bought a movie on a SD card at Target a while back, wouldn't work in anything, then I found out it was formatted in a way that is common in China but not US. That might be why it doesn't work. The camera may require a uncommon format, The instructions don't say what format to use. Returning it.
