This started out great the first few weeks. However, then the main filter ripped while cleaning because the plastic frame had sharp edges and this three filter system doesn’t work that well. Fine coffee particles clog the filters so the tank doesn’t fully drain and now the whole thing is basically rendered useless and just after he return window. I then reached out to Cuisinart support which was abysmal...all suggestions were to decalcify the machine, even though this is clearly due to faulty filters. What a disappointment and waste of money. I thought this was such a steal based on the price, but now wish I never bought it in the first place.
