The tree came in a box in three pieces. Easy to assemble. It doesn’t look like the picture though. The tree in the picture has way more branches and lights than the tree that came. I followed the directions for shaping the branches that came in the package. I started from the bottom and went up. It was not difficult. But again, this tree doesn’t look like the picture. No matter how I shaped the branches you can still see through it. The picture looks like a full tree with so many branches and you can’t see through. The quality of the branches is fine. The tree doesn’t look bad it just isn’t like the picture. I am very disappointed. Highly disgusted with a company that seems to be tricking people by taking pictures of a product that is clearly nicer than what they are sending.
