I wanted to use this product to help sanitize the air in my home as well as reduce the airborne dust. I could not tell if this works or if it is a SCAM. There is a WARNING label on the side of the device that states, ¨This equipment should be INSPECTED FREQUENTLY and collected dirt removed from it REGULARLY to prevent excessive accumulation that may result in FLASHOVER or a RISK of FIRE¨ I could not for the life of me figure out how to check or clean it out, so I called Amazon. The person who took my call said he checked and it claims to be a self cleaning unit. I told him that one of the units was in an outlet that I sometimes need and when I plugged it back in the other day I received a SHOCK! He tried to get me the information on how to contact this company, but there is NO Phone Number and NO EMAIL to contact this company!!!!! I asked if I could return the product and he said yes, to just go to your account and get a return label. HOWEVER, it states that my RETURN WINDOW is CLOSED!!!!! How can Amazon do business with such manufacturers??!!! I gave this product 1 star because there was no way to give it a ZERO!!!
