I used smart lash for 3 months twice a day and got zero results. It didn't irritate my eyes but it did absolutely nothing for me. I am African American and I have noted that the majority of ads have pictures of caucasian or Latin models. I have a friend who is caucasian and she has used latisse and it worked for her. We the consumer are wise enough to know that the models in these pics are wearing false lashes but still we are hopeful that we can at least achieve a result of about 50% of that look :-) I wore eyelash extensions for almost 3 years and recently decided to discontinue that beauty routine. I enjoyed it for the time but it's very expensive to maintain and in these tough economic times we can only afford our needs not our wants. I've always had very sparse eyelashes. Luckily for me when I went back to my au naturelle look my skimpy lashes were still intact. I will try other eyelash growth products and see if any of them will work for me. Who knows? Lol
