So far I've had troubles downloading, finally that worked but now it's telling me if I want to use it I need to purchase it??? It's asking for a "serial" number not a key code...I do not have a serial number it was a download!! Purchased on the 5th and I still haven't been able to use it?? This says no refunds or returns, I would like to return it too bad!! Glad I still have elements 15 until I can figure out what to do everyone else seems to spend hours online or over the phone with Adobe but I haven't got that kind of time as yet!! Sorry I bought it!! UPDATE** 15 days later it still will not open for me I want my $100 back and to get this trash off my computer!!!
