I measured how this worked with a good microwave measurement meter. At first it worked as per the seller's specifications. But, after a few months, the microwave attenuation deteriorated significantly, to around 5 dB. I can put my cell phone in the bag and the cell phone will receive calls, messages, etc. with no problem. Extremely high microwave radiation levels of 10 mW/m2 are now registered due to my cell phone being in the bag and sealed per the seller's instructions. I do not trust it and will look for another solution.
