Received printer on 23 April. On 24 May printer broke. All lights on printer plinking. Will not print. Talked to tech support from 10 AM on the 26th of May until 6 PM. They said they never saw anything like this and could not fix it. Amazon said I could not return it after 23 May. The printer does not work and is still under warranty. HP said Amazon should make it good but Amazon said they would not take it back. I need a replacement. What should I do.
