I had the chair for three months and was pretty happy with it. Unfortunately after about three months, the welded part of the chair base where the wheels connect became separated. I contacted Hon customer support, and they informed me this was “normal wear and tear” and they’d be happy to charge me $70.90 for a replacement base. Their warranty includes casters for at least 5 years, but they’ll apparently be quick to deem any manufacturing errors as “normal wear and tear”. Buyer beware.
