I made the mistake of using this product on my whole first floor, which is ceramic tile that looks like walnut hardwood flooring. This cannot be used in any area where it may get wet, like a kitchen or bathroom. I have 2 small dogs who splash water when they drink, so that leaves spots as well. Once the floor gets wet, it leaves water stains if it’s not wiped up immediately. These stains CANNOT be removed!!!!! I contacted customer service and was told to use Windex and non-abrasive scrubbers. That did absolutey nothing. I had to contact professional floor restorers to remove this product. They are here as I am writing this. So far, it’s been over 2 hours and they are still not done. Part of the floor is so bad, the guy had to get on his knees and do it by hand. They said to never use this product even in areas where it does not get wet. Eventually it will start to wear off, so it will always need to be re-applied. It cost me almost $500 to get my floors fixed. I will never use this product again. I hope this will help someone from going thru what I went thru.
