Bought it Nov. 2016. It's broken a year later. I bought the 2-year warranty provided by Square Trade, who issued me a full refund, sending me a refund check in the mail and did NOT ask for the machine back. The machine leaked a bit from the first time I used it, a reported issue in the reviews. But, I so loved the machine that I put up with the leaking. But, it got worse and worse over time, finally dumping a lot of water on the carpet. It easily sucked it all up, but it takes way too long to clean anything this way. A gasket ring under the rinse tank also broke during my final use of the machine. I had problems reaching Square Trade on my own, as their site said my e-mail was already associated with an account (Yes, MY account), but that my password was not working. The new password they sent didn't work either, so I could not initiate the refund via their website. They do NOT post a phone number. I called WONDERFUL AMAZON CUSTOMER SERVICE (can't say enough good things about them). They called Square Trade for me and put me through to talking directly to their customer service, who quickly decided the machine was not worth returning or fixing and issued me a full refund. I did not like the machine. I did like the resolution of the problem.
