Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I received this and promptly returned it. Its a nice sized case and would have been perfect for my needs. But, a large section of stitching along the zipper was coming out right out of the package so a large section of the zipper was not connected to the case leaving it unable to be zipped. This was easily noticeable so the quality control was very disappointing. Update: After submitting the above review I received an email from this company. They told me they were sorry I was unhappy and would send me a new one. But only if I removed my review. The sender then went on to tell me my bad review means his boss will deduct the cost out of his pay that he uses to support his sister. And that if I am a good person I will remove this review. I'm sorry but this is not professional at all. I find this extremely inappropriate.
