Under performed and self destructed (see photo)... Im waiting to see how the manufacturer deals with my warrentey inquiery.
There are a lot of cool things about this new battery that should out perform other battery chemistries. But in my actual experience with the product I have been underwhelmed. The 14 AH is over rated, as I have multi-meter analyzed components and used this battery as a power source it never came close to the duty cycle this battery should support.
The real reason I'm writing this review is because the battery decided to do a total melt-down while installed in my lawn mower yesterday, complete with spitting fluids and lots of bad smelling smoke. I have checked my mower and it works fine with a different battery in it now. I have no idea why this happened. I have emailed the manufacturer and am waiting hear back from them.
