Pros: LESS HEAT DAMAGE: My hair is softer and less frizzy than with regular dryers. MULTI-TASKING: One-handed drying allows me to read my kindle while drying... something to pass the time at least. Cons: NOT FASTER: For my thick wavy hair, it does not dry faster. 25 minutes both ways LOUD: Earplugs are a must! STORAGE: Huge dryer does not store easily. Not good for small spaces. NOT COMPLETELY STRAIGHT: Still a little kink or wave once done (but softer hair with less frizz) MAJOR CON: Completely stopped working almost 2 months after purchase. Left messages for customer service because there was no one who answered. A week later I still have not received a return phone call.
