FOLLOW UP: When the seller saw this review, they contacted me saying they were reviewing it and would get back to me. NOTHING! If I could give it zero stars, I would. I made the mistake of buying a second one after the first one never stayed in the open (brush) position. Since I have two German Shepherds, I was looking to speed up the daily brushing. First one broke and then the second one. I meant to post a review then but forgot. I saw them in a storage bin in my yard and I got angry just looking at them and that I wasted over $30 for two of them. Save your money and buy a regular slicker brush. It’ll cost ⅓ of this piece of junk and it’ll last forever.
