Not all stainless steel, some parts rust
I have had this canister for 4 years now and it does keep coffee very well
The problem I have with it is that is rusts, the container is stainless steel but the mechanisms keeping the lid attached are not and they rust, a lot.
I live in So Cal, where we have a "dry heat" as they say, but even living here this thing rusted to the point of fugliness.
We still use it, but I am very disappointed in the rusting that has happened, I don't know when it started, I have very poor eyesight, but it had to have started a while ago for it to look like this now.
All in all I don't hate it, but I am not happy with it either.
