Well let me tell you, I paid $150.00 for this router and in 10 months it stopped working...I did everything to try and fix it nothing worked, so I called netgear and they told me it's a software issue and the warranty on the software was 90 days and he said he could fix it on line but I would have to pay $89.00 dollars for an extended warranty...what dam product has a warranty for only 90 days...so he told me to fix it myself...my next wifi router will be cisco I had to take my new netgear out and put my old cisco in to vet back on line...netgear terrible support. Update...Netgear did try to get it going over the phone..but could not...so they did send me a new one and I do appreciate that but...as a Netgear customer only they did not help me only after they read this review on amazon did they offer to help so you figure it out.
