I have the Catit Flower Fountain, and these filters DO NOT fit in the well like the ones I received with the fountain. The plastic frame they are attached to makes the filter about an 1/8" too big to drop into the well, and, therefore, you cannot use the waterfall flower top, because the water pressure from the pump isn't strong enough to push the water that high, and it just trickles out of the flower. Also, because the filters are thicker and hold the drain dish higher than the design intended, the water has to fall back into the well farther, so now my fountain makes more gurgling noises, where it has been totally silent since I bought it. So I contacted the seller, and got a reply that the filters work even though they don't fit. ??? Ok, but my fountain doesn't work the way it was intended to, but if the filters work I guess that's ok...!!! No offer of a refund or exchange, or really any communication after I tried to point that out to them. Guess I won't be buying these filters from this seller again...
