Don't.
We are not the type that fry stuff every day.. in 3 months window we were doing our 2nd fried vegetables.. and gone.. work for 5 minutes, warmed the oil up a little bit.. and it gave its last breath.. I really would like my money back for this junk but we are past are returnable time sadly.. I don't think I will ever get Hamilton Beach brand of anything unless the manufacturer steps in and solves this matter for good..
