I purchased this in July 2016 and since then I have always liked this cooker. The cooker is reliable and I like the timer setting, design etc. The only disappointing part is the non-stick coating of inner cooking pan started wearing off after 2 years of usage. I have used the cooker for mainly brown rice for up to 3 times a week. I have never used any metal utensils and always washes with hands. Though the manual says peeling coating is not harmful for food, but it’s doubtful. I have to purchase the new inner pan. It’s $70 and not very cheap. Let’s see how long it will last...
