Literally the worst shower head I've ever purchased. You can't use both the fixed head and the wand at the same time and it SEVERELY reduces water pressure. The water pressure at my house is the strongest I've ever seen of the 11 houses I've lived in, so there is absolutely no reason why it would be trickling out of the shower head. Absolutely disappointed.
