Do not purchase these shoes. I wore mine for less than four hours around a campsite. The back strap broke as I removed them from my feet the first time. Poor workmanship on the sewing of the back strap. See pic. The strap pulled away from the heel pad. There are only four stitches into the soft Croc rubber. These four stitches are not enough for this location. I cannot remember the last time I purchased a product that became useless this quickly. I am thoroughly disappointed. So far my warranty claim through CROCS has been moving in a sloth-like manner. Update: Over the last two weeks I have sent seven emails and made one phone call to CROCS customer service. During the phone call I was informed that my emails had been received (minus one which contained pictures of the damage and was too large). There was essentially no response to my emails (confirmed by customer service rep with whom I spoke). If you purchase these shoes, I hope you have better luck than I had.
