I am extremely sorry I ordered this and more sorry that I left my house to go buy 150 pounds of sand to fill the base and spend 45 minutes assembling one funnel of sand at a time. This bag is not good for anyone aside from small children. I’m a 5’4” female and when I throw punches at 50% effort, the base, with 150 pounds of sand, lifts off the ground and the plastic looks like it’s going to break. Don’t waste your money. This product is manufactured poorly at best and outright misleading at worst.
