I've done other DNA tests and all have been amazing... Until now. After receiving my kit and sending in the sample, I received confirmation that my sample had been received and that processing would begin immediately. A month later I asked about the results and was told more time was needed although a partial report had already been created. Two months later and I'm told the lab is now backed up. A week after that I'm told a new swab is needed and will be shipped out. It's now two and a half months since they received the first sample and I have neither a new swab nor a report. I initiated all communications, which is horrible customer service, and while they have been responsive, the answers went from almost done to a new sample is needed. This has scam written all over it.
