Not 500 mg elemental Magnesium, label very misleading
The 500 mg label is very misleading.
It contains 500 mg of magnesium glycinate per capsule — meaning ~70 mg of magnesium per capsule.
If you notice, most magnesium supplements show only "magnesium" in the dietary information, this lists "magnesium glycinate" and the Daily value is not given because there is no guideline for magnesium glycinate, only elemental magnesium. This company is obviously trying to trick consumers into thinking they are buying 500 mg magnesium.
