On the description, it says be aware of the law quality from "other sellers" but it is still law quality even from ARJOSA. This is the e-mail after I requested the partial refund that they recommended to me. I never asked them for expedited shipping. That is what they guarantee to customers... This is very unprofessional way to put the e-mail to a customer. I am very disappointed. I ordered #2 Green, the color doesn't look the same. Quality is cheap, just like they says in the e-mail.
