I truthfully can’t believe I am having to give this 1 Star! I had received their free sample of the original pink color and I fell in love. It removed ALL my make up with little effort at all. Even my glittery liquid eye shadow, waterproof gel eyeliner and waterproof mascara came off no problem at all. So when amazon had their prime day I was so excited to see these on sale and didn’t hesitate to buy one. I followed all instructions to do before first use and followed all instructions on how to use and to my disappointment it doesn’t work anything like my sample did!! For any of my waterproof make up to come off I had to scrub so so hard and still not all offit came off. My own washcloth with warm water worked better than this. I am so disappointed because I was hoping this would be just like my sample and remove EVERYTHING with just warm water and hardly any effort. I don’t know why this did not perform like my sample but my advice is your product should work EXACTLY like your sample!
