I received the shutters damaged. Paid $900 for just the shutters. They were extremely heavy, not made for indoors. They had them insured but kept the insurance money and refused to take them back. Offered to send a pen to fix damage but the whole corner was taken off. They got very nasty. So now I’m stuck with two extremely heavy and large pieces of wood that don’t look like shutters and I had no recourse. They absolutely refused to take at least the damaged one back and replace it. I’m out $900.00 and they could care less. Every time I see their ad I feel sick. I’ve never dealt with a company that doesn’t stand by their product until I had the unfortunate luck to fall for their product. Unless you can lift a hundred pounds and put them up in your living room than try for yourself. I rarely write reviews but these are the most rude and irresponsible, unethical people I’ve ever dealt with, go somewhere else because what you see you don’t get.
