Quickly Broke, No Customer Service Call Back
This product is garbage (pun intended). Within a few weeks a push screw spring popped on the compacting arm rendering the unit useless. I emailed Joseph Joseph twice requesting replacement part—either full compacting arm or push screw. To date, I have been ignored.
I would think twice before hitting the, “add to cart” on this one...
