I’ve purchased three National Tree Company trees and have been pleased, however, minutes after assembling this one, I noticed that the top portion of the tree was burned out. After 30 minutes of searching light by light, I discovered a bare wire. After repackaging the tree, it appears it was sent to another buyer before (shipping label from the previous recipient was still attached to the box. I will be returning this, just like the person before. Note to Amazon and National Tree Company, if an item was previously returned for being damaged, don’t resend it to a new customer. And if so, don’t list it as “new.”
