Handheld mixer arrived with broken case. No big deal. Product stopped working after 5 mos. contacted Hamilton Beach to replace mixer free of charge. They said they would replace free of cost but first needed to pay $11.49 for shipping & handling. The cost of the mixer is $15 so why would I pay them $11.49 and the bottom line is the replacement is not free because they are asking the consumer to pay for a new one. Why would I pay for another one when the 1st one only lasted 5 months. DO NOT BUY from this manufacturer and go with another that will stand behind their products and will last more than 5 mos.
