It does what it say it does, so on that account, no issues. It scans the negative and it’s easy to use. I should’ve read more about it before buying it though. The quality (‘even’ at 22MP) is so poor, I don’t understand this product. For people who shoot on film, I imagine they want the quality of film, which this product nullifies with its low quality scan. In the shadows, it adds heaps of white digital noise, and in the highlights it adds blue and green digital noise. So much that the film grain isn’t visible. It’s understanding of color is terrible. Cyan colors become almost turquoise. Orange becomes red. The image is far too contrasty and there’s no way of turning down the contrast on the scan. It is a quick and easy to use product build for people who wants bigger and better quality. I do not recommend this product at all.
