This toaster oven burned out after 5 months. Typical modern poor quality. Hamilton Beach said it is within warranty, then required that I send a photo of the bottom of the unit, containing serial numbers. These numbers are printed in special white ink that does not show up in a photo against the light gray bottom. This is clearly fraud, in violation of the Amazon Sellers Policy that states, "Providing misleading or inappropriate information to Amazon or our customers..." Note: Amazon does not provide a way to report fraud by a seller for a product that was purchased 5 months ago.
