Purchase in early February. Takes a long time to heat up to temperature. Less than 4 months of use and the protective coating is pealing off the lower griddle. We use nothing that could cause this! Only plastic and silicone utensils. It is pealing from within the channels. Some pieces that have come off are about the size of a dime. Others small pebble size. No response from Amazon on what to do. High Price does NOT mean high quality. Would NOT buy again! Only thing reasonable was the extended warranty which I plan to use since no response from Amazon!
