Adobe has decided that they will charge a premium for the perpetual licence version, and sell you less than the full version. All LR6 perpetual licence is, is LR5 with a few lens updates. Nothing more. There is zero reason to buy this unless the lens profile updates are worth the cost to you. Nowhere on the package does it say the dehaze feature (the reason I bought the program in the first place) is not included. The program is literally the same as LR5. ZERO stars. I want my $ back. The only way to get the full version of LR6 is through the ransomware creative cloud. If you decide to not spend $10 a month, your program is frozen, your work is frozen until you pay the ransom for it. I'll be a Corel user from now on.
