Please read below for additional update regarding customer service: Unfortunate: read carefully. I purchased this as a replacement for an aging Ikea mattress to help my aging aching body. My aches and pains were killing me and I was waking up every morning in excruciating pain. All the positive reviews had me fooled. I began using this in the first week of May 2017, it is end of Aug 2017 and the mattress is unusably deformed. It is saggy, lumpy and actually worse than sleeping on the floor with minimal support. My wife who sleeps like the dead actually complained that her back was hurting. It relived me somewhat since I was beginning to suspect that at age 43 I would have to accept the my back and body pain was simply from aging. She will occasionally sleep with our 6 year old on an old box spring and can easily compare this mattress. At the beginning it was moderate firmness but supportive, now its simply lumpy, unsupportive and frankly a health hazard. It is now lumpy in every place I have tried to sleep in and frankly completely unusuable. Our old box spring is a helluva lot better than this one. I would advise caution to prospective buyers. Would return it if I could. But amazon claims the return window is one month. Feel: moderate firm, later lumpy and deformed beyond belief. Odor: minimal Price: awesome Value: dismal overall grade: 2/10 (2 only for the price, rest is abysmal) If you were a friend of mine: I would say don't buy If I was selling this: I would be racked with guilt at the garbage I was peddling If I was amazon: I would call the person writing this review and offer a refund If you were my mother in law: I would say buy (I actually did, before it went hellishly lumpy. So she owns this garbage too). Now she's upset at me but I don't really care much about that part anymore. Her being in pain does little to alleviate mine I REALLY do not know how so many positive amazon reviews are diametrically different from my experience would love to hear a follow up review on peoples experience at 6 and 12 months using this mattress. Peace! UPDATE: Wrote to the company: they replied right away. Then several rounds of requesting additional images, vouchers, tag pictures... over several weeks. I was happy that they wrote to me. As soon as I sent them all the information: they stopped even responding to my emails. They probably figure most people would give up and stop bothering them. I kept trying. The images are testimony of how they stopped responding. Use my experience as a cautionary tale. I got screwed. Do what you chose with the information I have now given you. Haven't heard back from them yet.
