Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I bought this, thinking it was a fairly new product. It worked for about two weeks (3-4 uses), and now a disc got jammed. I went to open it up only to find out that the player itself is almost 10 years old. I bought the warranty with it, but they refuse to refund or replace the product, and amazon can't do a thing about it. All I can hope to do is write an honest review and hope that it helps someone to avoid the same mistake. If you're thinking of buying this product, you'd be better buying one from a retail location (Walmart or Best Buy) because at least then they'll stick to any warranty they give you.
