Don’t even think of it.
I thought I’d made a huge discovery back in April when I bought this perfect little certified refurbished Dell Optiplex for less than $300. The following is my email to the seller today (if Amazon allows it). I know I’m too far beyond your 30-day warranty policy. Whether you decide I deserve anything more than an apology is up to you. However, I have had nothing but problems with this machine. I think you’ll have a record or log of calls beginning fairly early, resulting in my having to replace the guts of this stupid machine at a cost of several more hundred dollars. When problems continued, everybody got involved - Best Buy Geek Squad, Microsoft, Apple, AT&T, all of the above with their own charges for time, labor, and equipment. As of today, it’s of no use to me. It can’t be “fixed” anymore. Why? Because I don’t have enough money to pay for my electricity - one result of an inability to work and actually earn money instead of throw it away. That’s all. I’ll be posting this as a review also - negative, I imagine you can guess.
