Do your homework before you waste your money. I knew from the moment I saw this product that it would not work. I do electrical work for a living and I know the only way you going to reduce your electrical bill is to either not use electricity or find a way to keep your meter from turning. Anything you plug into a socket is going to use electricity, not save you electricity. It's sad that the government will not go after scammers such as these.
