This fits very snug on my kitten...BUT he was still able to wiggle out of it- while we were on the outside patio of a restaurant! One quick move (when he got startled) and he was out - I almost lost him but was able to quickly grab him! Don’t know what would have happened to him if he was able to dart off! So scary! Yes- it was properly fastened and tightened - but I think cats are able to contort themselves to get out of danger - I dont think this design takes that into account.
