Generally I give my dog Nutramax Cosequin DS Plus with MSM Chewable Tablets to help with her aging hips/arthritis/inflammation. I switched to this product having heard that the HA addition would be even more helpful. Unfortunately, due to either bad ingredients or some kind of allergy to HA, my pup had a terrible reaction to this supplement. 2 days into this new med and she became very nervous and anxious, not eating or sleeping. She would pace and just stare all day and night until she passed out. She acted in pain when trying to lay or get into her bed. After a week of this (and a trip to the Vet who suggested anxiety meds) we wondered if it might be the new supplement. 2 days after stopping this supplement all symptoms disappeared.
