I have come to a conclusion after doing much research and speaking with other moms on this.....The top diapers are the newer diapers from Huggies and the bottom diapers were their old design...My daughters rash ( bumpy pimply looking one) must have something to do with the new chemical make up of the newer diapers, therefore I am getting rid of the newer ones so I can confirm my assumption and after we run out of the older Huggies I will be switching to pampers. Just wanted to share my findings Incase anyone is having the same issue with the newer changes
