Buyer beware! Pre-ordered this tablet and I regret doing so. It worked for about three minutes total. I called and asked for a replacement and was sent a refurbished kindle. I did not pay for a refurbished kindle. The customer service rep tried to say it was a glitch and that it only said it was refurbished but was brand new. Why would a brand new kindle not be in the original box? I have lost all of my faith in the Amazon Kindle and its' customer service.
