Contains synthetic ingredients/vitamin!
I am SO disappointed to find out that this vitamin has a synthetic B12 (Cyanocobalamin) in it. Don't even want to know about the other vitamins now that I found this out! I've been deficient in b12 for so long bc of this bc my body will not absorb synthetic B12. So mad! Definitely look into each vitamin in your supplements!
