Nightmare!! I purchased a total of 15 cards; eight arrived with no value loaded on them, seven arrived with correct value loaded. As of today 4/13/20 two of the seven had the values retracted by Amazon for a total of $400. No refund issued and the original eight that are still an issue have not been resolved. I have emailed, chatted and spoken with CSR, Leadership Team, Supervisors, Gift Card Det and Card Issuer complete run around. Have been told I would have Amazon credit in an hour, successfully refunded to purchase method All Lies
